Post-monitoring
Post-accreditation monitoring
Supporting educational institutions throughout the entire period of accreditation validity.
Post-monitoring is a mandatory part of the accreditation life cycle. Its purpose is to verify that an educational institution is implementing the recommendations of the external expert commission and continues to develop its internal quality assurance system.
Development, not control
Monitoring helps an institution to consistently improve quality based on experts' recommendations.
A guarantee for society
Confirms that the accredited status corresponds to the actual level of educational quality.
Feedback
Ongoing dialogue between the Association and the educational institution throughout the accreditation period.
How post-monitoring is carried out
- 01
Improvement plan
After receiving accreditation, the institution develops an action plan to implement the EEC recommendations and submits it to the Association.
- 02
Interim reports
The institution periodically submits reports on the implementation of the plan and the results achieved.
- 03
Desk-based or on-site monitoring
Experts analyse the reports and, if necessary, visit the institution to assess changes on site.
- 04
Conclusion based on monitoring results
The Accreditation Council reviews the results. In the event of systematic failure to implement the recommendations, accreditation may be suspended or withdrawn.
What is assessed
- Implementation of the external expert commission's recommendations;
- Trends in key indicators of educational quality;
- Development of the internal quality assurance system;
- Significant changes in the institution's activities (programmes, structure, resources).
